Read the discuss below, we share some tips to fix the issue about How to find all the google maps business locations showing under my business name nationwide?.Problem :

My client's business is showing some random business names when customers does a search for their business from different locations.

I tried searching in google maps for "brand" but all these locations aren't showing up.

Is there a way to list all the locations that show up for a brand?

Solution :

Only users with access to Google My Business Locations can view all locations, consumers are limited results that are local to them. You can however view other areas by doing a business name + name of area search.

Should be also noted that it is common for Google to return other businesses despite users not including them in their search, this is due to the fact Google likes to provide users with options. For example, if you search "Tesco Bournemouth", you can expect "Sainsbury's" to be shown on the map too, this is due to the fact they are relevant to what the user is looking for.

But other businesses don't need to be so relevant either, because Google may decide that you are looking for things to do and visit, so it includes other companies such as Coffee shops and other local businesses. Google Maps is NOT there to serve your 'Clients' business goals, it's purpose is to return results that are helpful, this includes all the other things I just mentioned.

It may not be that your business is named incorrectly but that Google associated a different business with your business's identifying information.

I'd look into utilizing some kind of directory or citation scanner. You go to these sites, input your business NAP info, and it provides a report with irregularities between business name entity information.

It works both ways - it will say
Company Name has wrong phone number, and also - correct phone number has wrong Company name.

Keep in mind that info from many of these scanners are usually (and purposely) behind in order to get you to purchase their services.

If the issue about google-search, knowledge-graph, , is resolved, there’s a good chance that your content will get indexed and you’ll start to show up in Google search results. This means a greater chance to drive organic search traffic to your site.
